Choosing the best surgeon that can do your procedure is a must. Check out his before and after photos of past patients. That way you can gauge how good that surgeon is. Best of luck!

This is such a helpful list of tips. My wife has been wanting to get a tummy tuck for a while. I've tried telling her that she looks beautiful the way she is. She can't really be convinced though and I think we're going to end up going through with it. http://www.bodyspectrum.net/bruce-barton-md/procedures/body/tummy-tuck/

Great tips! Thanks for sharing them. I've been putting on weight drastically these days. have tried all sorts of weight loss diets and other exercises and early morning crunches. The most I could reduce was like a few pounds. Meanwhile, I have booked a TT consultation with Dr Sammy Sliwin ( Toronto ) after a friend's experience. I also happened to see an excellent video on stem cell therapy here : http://www.sliwinplasticsurgery.com/stem-cell-info/. After seeing your blog, I'm feeling bit more confident and thanks for improving my outlook towards aesthetic improvement surgeries.

It's nice to see that there are some tips in regards to a tummy tuck. My wife has been telling me about how she is going to get one of these. I'm fairly certain that she doesn't know much about them, so I'll have to pass on this on to her. She is dead set on getting this done. http://www.kcnyplasticsurgery.com/procedures/body/tummy-tuck
