Mom's Meatloaf {Recipe}

There are SOOO many different recipes for meatloaf.
And ive noticed that people can be very picky with their meatloaf.
But i decided to share my recipe :)

Its very simple and easy.
You will need:

1 lb. hamburger *1 egg *10 saltine crackers *1 8oz. can tomato sauce *1/4 cup chopped onion *1/4 cup chopped green pepper *1/2 tsp. salt *1/2 tsp. garlic powder *1tsp Italian seasoning *ketchup

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees

Mix all of the ingredients together thoroughly and place in a casserole dish
(as seen)

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Spread ketchup over the top and bake for an additional 14 minutes at 400 degrees.

Bake a few potatoes along with your meatloaf, steam some carrots and broccoli,
and you have a meal!

(this meal is for 2 servings but feeds my, the husband, and our 2 year old just fine. Make adjustments for more family members, double the batch, triple, whatev)
:)
