Chest & Triceps Workout!




*Push Ups
12 reps each arm, 3 sets
*Feet Elevated Push Ups
12 reps, 3 sets
*Elevated Push Ups
12 reps, 3 sets

*Diamond Push Ups
12 reps, 3 sets
(works shoulders and triceps)

*Tricep Dips
12 reps, 3 sets
*Tricep Kickbacks
12reps each arm, 3 sets

Use dumbbells to fit YOUR level.
Go get some at walmart if you don't have any
or use household items :)
