Before i get into talking about my fat bum, i have a request! My blogger dashboard has not worked in 2 WEEKS! it came back for one day last week and is gone again. So i cant view any of the blogs i follow on my dash board and cant go visit them :( So if you could please "like" my blog FB page found HERE, with your blog or comment with a link to your blog so i can "like" you back! that would be awesome! Then i can get to your blogs that way. And also, if you are a new follower and would like a follow back, make sure you leave a comment with your URL address :)
Ok on to chubby talk :)
Its been hard for me to WANT to post about this because the last 2 weeks have been a big block. ive been so frustrated and lost my will to even try.
WEEK5
This was the start of my INSANITY workout block. I lost my drive. I had only lost 2 pounds in 5 weeks, so i had my thyroid re-checked, and it was in "normal" range with my medication so my doctor put me on a "3 day diet" (read about it HERE), but i was to do it for 2 weeks. In a nut shell it was a low calorie diet (700-1000). I only lost 1 pound this week making a total of 3 pounds in 5 weeks. wtf?? So anyway here are "progress pics" from that week
dont be alarmed... your eye sight is still good. There is NO progress
WEEK 6
This week was just BAD. I skipped 2 workouts, and even when i did workout, i would just have break downs and cry. Do you know how frustrating it is to bust your A, sweat buckets of sweat, 6 days a week, and get no results!? To top it off.. this week i dropped the low calorie diet, and my body STORED like crazy. I know that isnt surprising. If you arent getting enough calories and burning as many calories as i do, no kidding my body is going to go into starvation mode and store. So yea i gained 5 pounds this week. Hence why my workouts were so frustrating and i had no drive.
i took this pic with no flash to show that i am getting some definition finally...
dont mind my extra skin roll in the left picture lol :(
one day ill fix it
read about the start of INSANITY HERE
and beginning results pics HERE
Not to spoil week 7's post, but i will say now that it will be a much more positive post. I got my mojo back :)
got 2 secs??

I definitely see progress! Specifically I think you got toned up really well due to your exercises! It's hard not to expect fast progress, but you're getting your muscles tones that's for sure and jsut need to continue eating healthy! I promise it'll work
Hi Christa, Thanks for stopping by my page and commenting. I am following you on Networked Blogs, Twitter, and Facebook.
I really wish you the best on your weight loss journey. I wish you weren't so down in the dumps. Weight loss isn't easy but it's worth it. Work hard, keep your goals in mind, and have the attitude that nothing is going to stop you no matter how long it takes. You can do it and I'm following along so you can let me know how right I am one day down the road.
Best wishes,
Clayton

I can relate so much. I've been dieting forever and just can not seem to loose more than 1 pound every 3 weeks. It's horrible. One thing I did learn is that you might just be gaining more muscle and still loosing fat so when you weight yourself it's not going to seem like you lost any weight. If that makes sense? haha, good luck and I hope it starts getting better for you and me both!
Hi, thanks for the follow. I'm here returning the favor.
Morela
Are you trying the Shakeology with the workout? On Shakeology you should at least loss 5 lbs easy. Keep going and don't give up. Do what you can physically. You should lose a pound to 2 a week. Keep moving and don't get down on yourself, if you gain back 2lbs. Go by how your cloths fit not what the scale tells you. Muscle weighs more then fat. So if you are building muscle then don't weigh every week. Tape yourself instead. Need more help contact me.
stick with it and it will happen! i know its hard cause its super stressful but usually when you stop stressing so much and have a more relaxed attitute things will fall into place. i know i know easier said than done but i know sometimes putting so much pressure on ourselves is just too much. make sure you are enjoying the workouts you are doing cause that will help so much! good luck!!
I am so impressed with your honesty and your willingness to share your journey with everyone. I know you are going to be a big encouragement to lots of people. Hey, you might even encourage me to do some exercise (right after I finish this cookie;)
I really enjoy your humor and writing style. I am happy to follow your journey.

Great progress, know what you mean by storing everything and feeling bloated, that happens to me a lot.
I think it is totally cool that you are being so blatantly honest about your progress, workouts, diets and even the pictures. :) You are a brave woman and I am totally a weenie. I want to work out...but I don't.
Love your blog, your family is so cute!
I am now following you back, thanks so much for stoppin by.
I came by to say thanks for your comment and to follow you through GFC. If you want to follow back, that would be great, but not necessary. Good progress!
