i decided to re-vamp it and make it my fitness channel!
Back and Biceps workout!
*Alternating dumbbell rows
12 reps each arm, 3 sets
*Bent over dumbbell rows
12 reps, 3 sets
*Deadlifts
12 reps, 3 sets
*Sitting Bicep curls
12 reps, 3 sets
*Incline inner bicep curls
12 reps, 3 sets
*Standing hammer curls
12 reps, 3 sets
Use dumbbells to fit YOUR level.
Go get some at walmart if you don't have any
or use household items :)
