Fit Life With Hypothyroidism {New Vlog Series}

I have Hashimotos Hypothyroidism. I was diagnosed in 2011.
Having this disease and trying to be fit (like NCP fit..) has its challenges!

Hashimotos Hypothyroidism REALITY

It's hard to run a fitness account, a fitness blog, and health and fitness business, and just live eat BREATH health and fitness.....

 when you are NOT a good example. I can post pics when I'm going in the opposite direction.

I eat clean and do my nutritional cleansing system, see a personal trainer twice a week and workout on my own 1-2 more days... And yet I've gained ALL my weight back that I lost from my nutritional cleansing system (13 lbs). I am just being real. 

I've been depressed, defeated, losing my hair... It's been bad.

So I made a video talking about my struggle with Hashimotos Hypothyroidism good example. I can post pics when I'm going in the opposite direction.
